    POSITIONSUMMARY:

    Work closely with business channel partners to maintain and enhance client forms, applications, collateral, written communications and fulfillment materials. Support operational processes and work to enhance the client experience in the banking and World Markets.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Review all legally requirednotifications to ensure their alignment with the corporate brand strategy andmessaging. Make recommendations to ensure that required notifications supportthe business objectives and are delivered on time and on budget

    • Assist operational groups across the companyto implement regulatory updates, product and program changes, terms &conditions changes or notifications, annual privacy notifications, etc.

    • Serve an active role in the project approval,stakeholder review and delivery process including expense tracking andpre-release process for all updates to collateral material.

    • Maintain regulatory documents such asterms & conditions, privacy policies and notices as well asproduct-specific notifications with direction from internal legal team andoutside counsel as necessary

    • Maintain multi-channel materialmatrices including motoring all components held on the company-wide OnlineOrdering System and the Bank fulfillment center in NY.

    • Maintain and manage all updates to theforms management tool (Find-a-Form) and communicate change/updates tocustomer-facing personal on a timely basis

    • Supports the Customer Experience team andother internal groups in the implementation of continuous improvement inprocesses and communications that impact the customer's experience

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    RequiredQualifications:

    • 3+ years of marketing experience thatincludes communications development and campaign implementation

    DesiredQualifications :

    • Bachelor's Degree

    • Experience in the mortgage and/orfinancial services industry
