    Responsible for performing data analysis developing go-to-market plans and working with cross-functional teams to execute to MBU's product financial plans. Contribute to developing processes within the Product Management team and partner organizations that are customer-centric and focused on best-in-class execution. Create and maintain market-focused go-to market plans based on data analysis that clearly communicate product positioning, enablement plans, profitable ramps, and underlying priorities. Draw conclusions from data analysis and maintain clear and timely communication around the health, priorities, and trade-offs of the product line, across all levels of the Micron organization to drive best-in-class execution over the lifecycle of our products - from development to end-of-life. Gather information for cross functional product development teams and drive them to meet product objectives & close / escalate open issues affecting OEM opportunities. Drive product development teams to be accountable in 3rd party component selection (controllers, capacitors, substrates, etc.). Perform ad hoc analysis for senior management on relevant metrics of the product line. Manage product development life cycle from cradle to grave to ensure product financial plans are met (full P&L ownership). Analyze NPI supply and demand information and metrics, including reviewing updated customer demands as well as what buffer assumptions are being used for supply. Analyze adding new SKUs to the roadmap considering business needs vs cost of adding complexity to operations and engineering. Work closely with engineering on product features and timelines, leading cost reduction activities, working on product change notifications, supporting supply critical issues, and responding to requests from customers and internal partners within the business unit. Manage sales enablement activities for FAE, channel customer Marketing by providing Product Sales Training. Provide training guides/Handoff material for new hire On-boarding.

    Must have a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Engineering Management or related field and 12 months of experience in the job offered or in a MBU Product Manager - related occupation
