Project Manager

Job Summary:

eTEC Mechanical is looking for a Project Manager with experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or related Subcontractor trades. As a project manager, you will need to be capable of simultaneously managing multiple jobs of various sizes. You will be responsible for procurement of equipment and material for each project, reviewing and projecting all project costs, and providing coordination/communication with all team members during the project.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Request, submit, and distribute all submittals, drawings, and project closeout information as required for the project.

• Procurement of materials and equipment for the project

• Manage multiple jobs, simultaneously.

• Provide estimates for change orders as needed.

• Create project schedules when required.

• Host and attend meetings as necessary.

• Create schedule of values and perform monthly billing as required.

• Coordinate with eTEC trade supervisors

• Facilitate and troubleshoot problems as necessary.

• Perform additional assignments as required.

Qualifications:

• Education

• Required-High School Diploma or GED

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or better in mechanical engineering.

• Minimum 2 years' experience HVAC, Plumbing, or other Project Management

• Career minded.
