MEP Project Manager

Description

A client of ours out of Center City, Philadelphia is currently seeking a MEP Project Manager to join their Philadelphia team. This individual will be required to organize and manage a vast portfolio of projects for this firm. This position requires a client facing individual with good organization skills that can handle more than one project at a time.

This position does allow for hybrid flexibility: Monday/Friday from home, with Tuesday-Thursday in office. This is a great leadership role with the ability to grow where you see fit, and the ability to work on high profile project for Healthcare systems throughout Philadelphia and respective regions.

Must Haves

• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree

• Experience with MEP Project Management for Buildings with proficiency in Electrical Design and Electrical Studies (Due Diligence/Field Testing)

• 8 plus years of experience working as a project manager for an MEP firm.

• AutoCAD and Revit experience but is not a design heavy role

• Client management experience

• Experience with projects over and below 50,000 square feet.
