    Essential Functions

    • Oversee quoting, invoicing, and project management responsibilities for NIS across the R&S business.

    • Drives business process's improvements and implementation.

    • Controls efficient workflows from quote to job order, to system workflow execution.

    • Highly involved in operations support system management, analysis, and improvements.

    • Drives organizational compliance from a quote to cash perspective.

    • Deep understanding of financial acumen (Budgets, margins, etc.).

    • Leads a cross-functional team that works with many other departments in the organization.

    • Extensive company and industry knowledge.

    • Superior understanding of company's product lines and service offerings.

    • Decisive and Analytical.

    Education & Experience Requirements

    Bachelors Degree in Business or educational equivalent. 10 years pricing or related business experience required. Excellent analytical skills for training and quality control of analysts. Knowledge of business systems. Excellent interpersonal skills with leadership, corporate marketing and supply chain. Expert developed influence skills to shape business decisions with limited formal authority. Contract negotiations ($50M+) experience significant plus.

    Position Summary

    Management oversight of all portfolios of indexed contracts, modifies the approach based on industry procurement trends, quality assurance of analytics and mitigation of portfolio risk/exposure. Oversees development of price indices for all company contracts. Ensures consistency in approach/platform for negotiations across regions for key customers. Provides recommendations of proper indexing formulas. Recommends changes to contracting/indexing approach based on procurement trends within industry. Handles special projects, as assigned. Experience managing other managers.
