This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

    We are seeking a Product Stream Manager (PSM) as part of our Microwave Commodity at our Nashua, New Hampshire facility. This position is an exciting, dynamic and fast paced role to lead and achieve operational excellence through production execution activities within a team-based manufacturing environment. Responsible for meeting customer commitments through meeting safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance targets. This position will lead an organization of approximately 200 personnel with a team of direct reports consisting of first-line supervisors and technical operations managers. The PSM plans for and maintains appropriate staffing levels through talent retention and hiring, implements process improvements, optimizes factory layout, and supports continuous improvements to improve product flow, reduce defects and improve cycle time, maintains an effective and efficient organization while effectively communicating responsibilities and objectives to employees and adheres to the highest standards of legal, ethical, and business conduct in relationships with fellow employees, the Company, suppliers, customers, and the public.

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    A Bachelor's degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience

    Experience leading cross-functional manufacturing teams

    Experience with Lean and Six Sigma Tools

    Experience with budget/expense management

    Proven success meeting business metrics

    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

    Master's Degree in Business, Operations, or Engineering

    Certification in Lean and Six Sigma

    10 Years of leadership within manufacturing and Operations

    Pay Information

    Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
