    Overview

    The NCC Process Standardization Manager is responsible for providing analytical support for the NCC and act as a liaison between ETP and other project teams and the NCC. Helping identify and quantify Back Office efficiency and optimization opportunities across all departments in the NCC and the NCC footprint.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Work with local offices to identify and transition functions that can be handled at the NCC

    • Support the NCC and work collaboratively and cross-functionally with Project Management Teams

    • Working with the NCC Teams, pursue opportunities for increased efficiencies in standardization, cost reduction, compliance with corporate standards, and the promotion of best practices across the company

    • Manage NCC Project Teams towards completing tasks and meet deadlines as assigned

    • Gather information, perform discovery, document current business processes and gather and analyze supporting data

    • Understand and document deficiencies (Gaps) between best practice business strategies and existing methods and tools

    • Gather required information to build business cases/ROI around various project alternatives (people, processes, technology)

    Additional Primary Responsibilities

    • Gather data and format into reports, metrics, scorecards, etc. to support Management and the business

    • Understand how different functional areas interact with various Back Office functions to complete a task (e.g., order entry, customer service, sales force automation, accounts receivable, warehouse automation, delivery, finance/accounting, business intelligence, etc.) and then make recommendations to improve people, process or tools

    • Motivate, coach, develop and retain staff

    • Review the staff's performance, determine training needs and schedule training sessions

    • Review and improve all call center policies, procedures, and service standards

    • Work with project teams to lead change as we transition non-selling activities from Sales to "Service"

    • Develop an understanding and learning of the alcoholic beverage distribution industry and how each functional business area operates (at the State, Region and National level)

    • Travel up to 50%

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Working knowledge of SAP and Sapphire billing systems

    • 2-3 years of management experience

    • Project management experience

    • Bachelor's degree and three years of experience or equivalent education and related experience

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and software applications related to job functions

    • Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills

    • Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping

    • May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
