  • Non-Tech PPM : Will serve as part of our Global TKM Operations & New Business Readiness Team, with focus of supporting the Total Kits Management program focal as an on-site rep at Micron Fab4 in Boise, Idaho. Candidate will act as liaison between Field Service, Planning, Logistics, Order Fulfillment & Operations and be responsible for operating independently for daily Materials Movements and Operational support. The TKM focal will manage all aspects of the onsite TKM Operations including overseeing onsite kit movements, capturing and tracking issues/defects, reporting all aspects of kit materials status to management along w/ managing customer escalations for spares shortages. Successful candidate will need to have strong skills w/in SAP and understanding of our network, and the understanding of our Total Kits Management program would be a major plus.

    Description of key tasks/duties:

    • Manage overall program health (receipts, returns, shortages, escalations, kit availability)

    • Own escalations, DOA, material gaps and spares related quality issues

    • Meetings w/ customer, assist w/ Customer ordering portal training Tracking returns, reversals

    • Utilize dashboards to manage program health

    • Report on program performance, analyze kit demand vs available on-hand, recommend stocking changes, BoM management

    • Key skills: Program Management, Self-motivation to operate independently or w/in a Team, effective communication & organizational skills, SAP/ECC, CRM, Excel, Powerpoint

    Key Responsibilities

    Support specific project and program objectives as defined in the areas of responsibility, and that necessary preliminary activities (e.g., determination of outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning, among others) are completed.

    Support projects and programs assigned are completed in accordance with predetermined requirements, with specific attention to product/process specifications, project/program costs, resource utilization, and timeliness for completion.

    Ensures that all phases of project, program and/or process development are documented and that information required in other functional areas is reported, disseminated, or transferred, as appropriate. Ensures compliance with Company policies regarding Engineering/Lab notebooks, patents, confidentiality and safety.

    Undertake study of new technologies, as appropriate.

    Support data collection for materials & financial resources.

    Other Requirements: This position may require standing for extended periods of time, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, lifting, the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and power tools.

    Additionally, because this position also may involve working in a clean room, the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields may be required.

    U.S. Salary Range:

    $68,000.00 - $93,500.00

    The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

    For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
