    Practice Highlights: Saint Alphonsus is creating a new Family Medicine residency program located in Nampa. The Family Medicine Residency Clinic will be adjacent to but separate from the existing 12th Avenue Clinic. The provider will focus on building a patient panel for the residency in advance of the program start scheduled for July 2025. The provider will continue in the clinic seeing patients, as well as be an integral member of the teaching and mentoring team.

    Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician-led and accountable 500+ provider multispecialty group practice seeking Family Medicine physicians. Our group seeks providers who are committed to an interdisciplinary team-based approach to care and who provide high-quality primary care in a compassionate manner, healing body, mind and spirit.     The qualified candidate will exude passion about teaching and demonstrate evidence of comprehensive assessment skills, expert clinical skills, and problem-solving abilities. SAMG utilizes EPIC electronic health record (EHR) and EMR in its clinics. Thus, experience with EHR is desirable.

    Requirements :

    • Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner medical license in Idaho; Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Board of Pharmacy and DEA

    • Strong medical background and a desire to provide acute care to support a growing multi-specialty medical group. In providing this support, you will obtain an Idaho medical licensure to maintain and strengthen the Health System's general internal program across all communities we serve.
