    Office Manager/HR Assistant

    Job Description

    • Analyze data via running & building reports and ROIs

    • Investigating new system/software/vendors (as needed)

    • Embrace new systems and/or technology

    • Manage Licensing renewals for Corporation & Engineers

    • Manage recruiting process

    • Assist in managing Employee benefits

    • Facilitate New Hire Onboarding Process

    • Assist in Event Planning

    • Assist in Supply Ordering

    • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism

    • Assist with any other administrative tasks as delegated by their supervisor

    Skills and Qualifications Required

    • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Human Resources, or Business

    • 3+ Years experience in office setting

    • Excellent technical, analytical and research skills

    • Desire to learn & improve existing processes.

    • Ability to embrace new systems and desire to learn different administrative tasks.

    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
