    We are seeking an accomplished Operational Excellence Site Manager with a strong background in the medical industry to lead our operational excellence and Lean efforts. As the site lead, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and excellence across our site's processes and operations. In close collaboration with our leadership team, your role will encompass the development and implementation of strategies, methodologies, and initiatives that optimize productivity, quality, and overall performance.     Key Responsibilities

    • In close collaborate with the leadership team, own the development and execution of site-wide operational excellence strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.

    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, including senior leadership, to communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities related to operational excellence initiatives.

    • Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis to eliminate waste, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency.

    • Lead and mentor the local team of operational excellence professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to develop their skills and drive improvements.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering a mentality that encourages employees at all levels to contribute ideas and suggestions and solve problems effectively.

    • Implement lean methodologies, Six Sigma principles, and other best practices to standardize processes, increase throughput, reduce defects, and improve quality and delivery times.

    • Design and oversee the implementation of training programs to ensure employees understand and embrace operational excellence principles, tools, and techniques.

    • Lead change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of process enhancements and a smooth transition for employees.

    • Develop and supervise key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of operational excellence initiatives and identify areas for further enhancement.

    • Contribute to the development of the annual operational excellence plan, outlining key goals, achievements, and resource requirements.

    Qualifications

    • 6 years of experience working within a manufacturing or operational environment.

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

    • Consistent track record of successfully leading and implementing operational excellence initiatives within a manufacturing or operational environment.

    • Strong knowledge, expertise and experience in lean methodologies, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement frameworks.

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions.

    • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional global teams.

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex concepts and ideas to diverse audiences.

    • Experience in leading organizational change and driving cultural transformation.

    • Project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.

    • Proficiency in using process improvement tools and software.

    • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt or comparable experience are highly desirable.

    • Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred.
