Description:
Our telecommunications construction company is growing and we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team.
The Operations Manager is responsible for the planning and development of policies and goals that cover Support Services and providing support to the President in all areas of staffing and personnel.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Understand and become knowledgeable in the day-to-day management of business operations
- Work with other key managers in the planning and development of business practices
- Provide leadership, coaching, feedback and management for assigned staff
- Increase effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements in policies, procedures and processes
- Provide support to the President
- All other duties as assigned
This is a full-time permanent position with the following benefits:

Requirements:
Operations Manager candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, management or a related field. Will consider a combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
