    The Oracle Financial Systems Solution Lead is responsible for the management and support of the technology architecture, hardware, software, and respective resources within Aramark.

    Provides application software development services, technical support, program logic development in a diverse development platform environment. Ensures system improvements are successfully implemented while coordinating activities with other IT groups

    Provides IT leadership to Managers, Supervisors and/or Professional employees in multiple IT disciplines. Responsible for the formulation, integration and deployment of strategic IT programs in support of critical base-business initiatives. This includes alignment with the business strategy & objectives, engineering of the solution design, partner management and total program management (cost / schedule / issues / integration / implementation) in support of base-business growth strategies.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead a Global team of Oracle EBS functional analysts in financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, PA, OTL)

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle EBS with other enterprise applications, database, and third-party systems

    • Plan and execute on financial system implementations by onboarding existing operations or acquisitions

    • Execute on functional design, integration design, configuration, and solutions that meet business needs

    • Design reliable, accurate, and purpose-built solutions.

    • Execute on projects, requests, enhancements, strategic changes, and 5-year roadmap

    • Responsible for coordinating upgrades and patching with DBA team, technical team, functional team, and end users

    • Make performance improvements and system optimization to ensure efficiency operations

    • Maintain internal, external, and SOX audit controls, monitor for deficiencies, and provide evidence of control monitoring

    • Work with team to create and maintain functional requirements, test cases, and configuration documentation

    • Work with third party service providers as needed

    • Must have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle EBS by working with both internal and external partners

    • Stay up-to-date on industry treads, new technologies, and best practices for Oracle EBS and financial ERP landscape.

    • Responsible for providing day-to-day leadership for financial systems, operations and support within the IT department. Plans, assigns and evaluates the work of subordinates for effective operation and results.

    Expertise Required

    Recognized as a leader in the design and execution of business solutions, demonstrating a broad understanding of the Oracle eBusiness Suite application and technical architecture. Demonstrates expert understanding of applications development processes, serving as a resource to others. Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of leading-edge technologies and plans for the future of a technology and/or applications area. Evaluates the applicability of leading-edge technologies and uses this information to influence future IT and/or business strategy. Brings technical and/or business systems knowledge from external sources and incorporates those ideas into IT.

    Demonstrates thorough understanding of requirement specification, design, structure, operation and testing of information systems. Demonstrates proficiency with one or more technology environments, and the ability to learn and apply new and emerging concepts efficiently. Tests, implements, documents, and maintains system components based on specifications.

    Expertise required

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Oracle Functional Subject Matter Experts, providing guidance and support in their roles

    • 10+ years large Oracle eBusiness Suite implementations in global environment

    • Prior experience with implementation, upgrade, and day-to-day support of complex EBS systems for large enterprise that multi-currency and many languages

    • Functional understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Purchasing, and Oracle Time and Labor

    • Subject Matter Expert providing guidance and solutions for complex functional challenges and takes ownership of critical issues

    • Hands-on activity in troubleshooting, setup, administer, or optimize the systems

    • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand functional requirements, translating them into actionable plans

    • Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality Oracle solutions that meet the business needs

    • Develop roadmap and strategy for future system that aligns with organization?s goals

    • Strong knowledge of Oracle eBusiness suite platform

    • Experience with APEX, SSO, SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Reports

    • Familiar with Oracle Discoverer

    • Experience with relational database technology & design.

    • Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)

    • Problem-solving skills and application to IT issues. Conducts complete diagnosis of most business problems, factoring in a strong understanding of the technical architecture. Anticipates implementation obstacles. Can analyze many cross-technology and cross platform issues.

    • Strong experience with project management methodologies/tools.

    • Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) as well as software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Iterative, Waterfall, etc.)

    Qualifications

    Requires 7-10+ years of relevant experience, with over 10 years of experience in technology. Expertise in the Oracle eBusiness Suite technology platform is required. Proven analysis and leadership skills with experience is required. Must have experience as an architect with Oracle EBS platform.

    Education

    BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Business Systems or equivalent area of study/experience. Advanced degree is desirable.

    Supervision

    Responsible for providing day-to-day leadership for financial systems, operations and support within the IT department. Plans, assigns and evaluates the work of subordinates for effective operation and results.

    Compensation

    COMPENSATION

    The salary rate for this position ranges from $114,180.00 to $156,998.00 depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

    If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
