    Job Description:

    Under the general direction of the VP Labor and Employment Counsel, provides ongoing paralegal assistance and support to Labor and Employment Counsel, to Legal Department attorneys, HR leaders and others within the organization on a wide variety of labor and employment issues.

    Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

    Paralegal Certificate Holder OR an AAS or Bachelor's in any field required. 2 years of experience in a paralegal role required. Experience in Labor and Employment preferred.

    $56,891-$87,067 annually Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
