    As a key member of our Strategic Development & Analytics team, you will lead the analysis of the full revenue cycle to produce executive reports that drive performance improvement recommendations, denial prevention strategies, improved patient experiences, and reduced compliance risks. You will:

    • Elevate leadership's understanding of current performance trends and the decision-making process

    • Design, develop, and maintain multiple complex department-specific reporting packages

    • Translate patient access data and clinical application data to our professional fee billing systems to complete a full revenue cycle

    • Provide analytical and project management support for Patient Billing Office initiatives

    • Lead and coordinate meetings to update key stakeholders and leadership

    Salary Range: $86,900 - $197,300 AnnuallyQualifications

    We're seeking a detail-oriented, self-directed leader with:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Health Care or other related field or a combination of equivalent years of education, training and experience; MHA or MBA preferred

    • Eight or more years of experience performing business operations and financial analysis, including two years in a healthcare or health plan setting required

    • Eight or more years of database system and SQL experience required

    • Consulting experience a plus

    • Epic trained/certified strongly desired

    • Advanced skills with internal databases, BI applications, tools, etc.

    • In-depth knowledge of professional services billing concepts and coding conventions (e.g., ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, etc.)

    • Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities

    • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills

    • Understanding of clinical workflows and Health Information Management processes

    • Proficiency with billing compliance and relevant Governmental regulations

    • Understanding of CMS-1500 claim form and 5010 EDI parameters

    • Reimbursement methodology expertise for CMS, Medicaid, and commercial plans

    • Advanced organizational and project management skills

    • Experience in a health plan or risk-bearing organization analysis preferred

    • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
