Payroll Administrator

Description

Robert Half is looking for an HR/Payroll Coordinator for a company in Tampa.

Processing payroll for about 200 employees

Garnishments, deductions & taxes

Scheduling interviews & conducting phone screens

Onboarding new employees

Handling all pre-placements for new employees

Reporting

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of HR and payroll experience in their career. This position requires a candidate with intermediate Excel skills, great communication and experience in a HRIS system. A Bachelors degree is highly preferred.

This is a permanent position that will pay up to $70,000 depending upon experience. Please apply to Jane Gearhart if interested!

Requirements

• Bachelors degree

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel

• Paylocity experience preferred

• 2+ years of payroll experience
