    Job Description

    This position is part of the PFM Asset Management Sales Enablement team and is responsible for providing sales support to relationship managers for both new and existing business. Primarily responsible for writing responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) under strict deadlines and creating additional documents, including presentations and ad hoc documents for external prospective clients. The successful candidate is a strong collaborator yet manages projects independently and with adherence to detailed specifications, with turnaround times in a typical range of a few days to three weeks. Collaborates with the broader sales enablement team as well as relationship managers and subject matter experts to write standard proposals and integrate positioning into customized proposals. This position may support broader sales strategy initiatives across the firm.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

    • Two to three years of Institutional experience in sales support with a focus on proposal generation, marketing and/or communications.

    • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.

    Preferred Skills/Experience:

    • Financial services experience and familiarity with asset management a plus.

    • Ability to communicate effectively on unfamiliar topics to elicit technical and program information necessary to answer client questions.

    • Ability to quickly assimilate new information regarding specific product and technical topics and write accurately about those topics or concepts.

    • Possesses technical ability to adapt to proposal tools and software used by the company.

    • Expert level computer navigation skills using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    • Strong organizational skills and an eye for presentation and details.

    • Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask while managing multiple projects.

    Hybrid/flexible schedule:

    The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

    The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $69,360.00 - $81,600.00 - $89,760.00
