    Position Purpose

    The Pharmacy 340B Coordinator/Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day management, compliance review, and operations of the 340B Program

    What you will do

    • Manage clinic-administered medications in eligible locations, mixed use areas managed by split billing software, outpatient prescriptions fulfilled by an owned pharmacy, and outpatient prescriptions fulfilled by a contract 340B pharmacy

    • Act as the key internal liaison to help ensure appropriate and maximal usage of all of our 340B programs, including the contract 340B pharmacy program

    • Serve as the contact for community based, contracted 340B pharmacies

    • Evaluate the required documentation for compliance for all aspects of the program as well as the revenue and expense reports produced for the contract pharmacies; ensure all program registrations in the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Covered Entity database are accurate

    • Support all 340B compliance tasks to ensure compliance with 340B requirements and routinely provides monthly and annual reports on 340B participation which clearly documents utilization, savings, problem areas and exceptions or discrepancies

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field

    • Two (2) years' experience in business or related field, with increasing levels of responsibility and accountability

    • Experience with 340B program management and/or pharmacy experience strongly preferred

    • Experience and skill with spreadsheets and other accounting applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
