    Minimum qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

    • 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, finance sales, advisory role, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.

    • 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

    Preferred qualifications

    • Experience working with cross-functional teams and leading operational and strategic initiatives.

    • Experience working with Enterprise and B2B Tech Sales teams as a strategic and operational partner.

    • Experience developing Go-to-Market strategies and bringing them to execution at scale.

    • Experience with large data sets, synthesizing insights, recommending actions, and developing presentations for stakeholders.

    • Knowledge of planning, execution, project delivery, enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products, and market landscape.

    • Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with limited direction, balance competing priorities and multiple time-sensitive projects at once and make decisions and recommendations with quick turnarounds.

    As the Planning Lead, you will drive the business forward by developing and executing initiatives to accelerate growth and scale the business. You will partner with the Head of Planning North America business leadership to execute Go-to-Market strategies in North America and help them land in the field. You will foster collaboration and best practices sharing within the region and globally.

    As part of Google Cloud Sales Strategy and Operations, you will partner with business leadership to provide actionable insights and use a data-driven approach to sharpen decision-making and drive deep understanding of our fast growing business. You will partner with many cross-functional teams to run a regular planning cadence and other processes. You will address specific areas of risk and opportunity, work cross-functionally and leverage the support of global teams. You will enable the regional teams with at-scale insights, analysis, processes and tools providing thought leadership and input into North America planning.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     • Lead Planning initiatives including territory design and go-to-market execution for the North America region.

    • Manage work-stream execution with relevant cross-functional teams both regionally and globally, including Sales, Operations, Finance, Compensation, Systems, Enablement and People Operations.

    • Ensure dots are connected between teams to solve the challenges at hand.

    • Assess and qualify risks and issues related to these work-streams and manage resolution of these accordingly.

    • Ensure clear focus areas and milestones are established for all teams, aligned with global timeline expectations.
