    Responsible for the overall performance of the Production/Manufacturing department. This position is directly responsible for driving improvements in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost of all manufacturing operations within our Automatic Stamping, Manual Fabrication, and Shearbrace value streams. Overall scope of the position is to medium to long term planning. 40% Leadership, coaching and management of production and manufacturing 40% Development of strategic operations in Lean Manufacturing for large scale improvement projects 10% Project management support and team leadership for site, Home Office, CAPEX and Continuous Improvement Projects Work closely with Engineering, Production, Inventory control teams to ensure long term production plans support future customer needs
