The Plant Operations Manager oversees all operations at a 150+ employee, two-shift manufacturing site, ensuring safety, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 6+ direct reports in manufacturing, shipping, maintenance, and scheduling.

• Maintain open and continuous dialogue for employee relations.

• Drive facility performance in Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery metrics, implementing improvement plans as needed.

• Provide leadership in production, labor, material costs, design, and scheduling decisions.

• Guide continuous improvement initiatives impacting key performance indicators.

• Develop teams and capabilities to meet strategic objectives.

• Establish a culture of communication and engagement among plant employees.

• Lead change initiatives and capital projects.

• Represent the plant in community engagement activities.

• Manage plant P&L responsibilities.

• Provide visible leadership across all shifts.
