    Work Shift includes partially working 3-4 hours (5-9pm CST) in the evening in order to be aligned with Sydney, Australia time zone. Work shift can be accommodated to be continuous or split during the day.

    Account Monitoring & Reporting - ANZ and North America: The role will leverage the proprietary account management system and dynamic analytical tools to identify stressed accounts and escalate to management attention with recommendations. The role will prepare and/or review and approve problem loan reports and work closely with Director of Portfolio, local Portfolio team and Credit to manage stressed accounts. Work closely with portfolio and credit personnel to ensure program compliance, including follow up of file conditions including financial statements, subordination and inter-creditor agreements and other items as needed. Monitor daily tasks and cases to be sure that the team is paying attention to detail and managing activities proactively using the tools and technology available.

    High-Risk Account and collection Management - ANZ and North America: The role will proactively work with customers identified as high risk to minimize potential losses, utilize various system tools to help isolate risk, problem solve, and make recommendations to Director of Portfolio, Credit and other key stakeholders. The role will monitor credit reviews and trends, and collaborate with Credit, Compliance, Legal and the portfolio leadership team to ensure that the risk is being managed appropriately and in compliance with HDF and HCF policy and procedures. The role will also address accounts with past due situations in Australia and New Zealand.

    Credit Line Optimization - ANZ and Nort America : The role is responsible for coordinating with manufacturers and HDF for identifying and assessing the credit needs of the dealers. This includes analyzing dealers' volume and retails trends and forecasts, organizing and prioritizing work related to credit line increase and coordinating with credit and ANZ team for execution.

    Boarding - ANZ and North America: Oversee and support dealer on-boarding process, work with compliance, DOC COE and credit to ensure expedited boarding. Monitor and review boarding processes and identify recommended changes needed for activation of accounts and minimize customer/supplier impact. Communicate and monitor team compliance with established processes and procedures.

    Process Optimization/Special Projects/Mentoring- ANZ and North America -: The role will operate as a subject matter expert (SME) for Portfolio, working closely with Operations and HDF's systems and data analytics teams to drive process and reporting enhancements. The role will lead projects that enhance portfolio monitoring to identify opportunities, concerns, and trends to help drive process and team efficiencies.

    Customer and Manufacturer interactions - The role will include interactions with manufacturer, customers, orally and in writing, to address open questions related to customer/guarantors' operations and financials. The role will include traveling to manufacturer trade shows or dealer visits as needed.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree

    • 7+ years' experience in customer service, collections or credit.

    • 5 years' experience in customer service, collections, or credit roles in the Banking, Equipment / Specialty Finance, or Captive Finance industries.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Demonstrated ability to drive projects and to lead and influence across the team and the organization.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to provide excellent customer service and confidently communicate details on complex accounts, with particular attention for empathy concerning the dealers needs and concerns.

    • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and draw conclusions to recommend and implement process improvement and identify efficiency opportunities.

    • Strong attention to details and inquisitive mindset

    • Self-motivated, self-aware, and self-regulated

    • Ability to read and interpret customers financial statements is a plus.

    • Language skills in French is a plus
