    R3 Safety, a division of Bunzl, is currently seeking a Pricing Administrator to provide general support to the Pricing Manager. The Pricing Administrator will be responsible for a variety of general clerical duties, including report generation, data formatting, data entry, and other duties assigned. Once fully trained, this will be a hybrid role working 3 days per week in the office and 2 days per week remote.

    Responsibilities:

    • Generate pricing reports and format data for analysis

    • Perform data entry with thorough reviews for accuracy

    • Perform critical review of data; recognize variances and research source of outliers

    • Work on special projects assigned

    • Input data efficiently and accurately

    • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

    • Perform a systematic approach to projects

    • Research variances in data and communicate extreme or unexpected findings

    • Interact professionally and respectfully with peers, managers, and other internal and external contacts

    • Practice confidentiality with company and customer information

    • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

    Requirements:

    • Associates degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred

    • High school diploma or equivalent required

    • Strong problem-solving, analytical and investigative skills

    • Ability to multi-task projects, establish priorities, work independently and organize effectively

    • Must be detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills, and possess the ability to work under pressure

    • Communication skills to include Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; AS400 experience is a plus

    • Must be aware of various business etiquette to deal with coworkers and customers

    • Previous office experience in a professional environment

    • Motivated self-starter with the interpersonal skills required to work with others in a collaborative environment

    • Comfortable learning new systems; quick learner and open to the ideas of others
