    Pricing Strategy and Operations team is responsible for defining and implementing pricing for ServiceNow products and monitoring its effectiveness.


    The primary responsibility of this role is to assist with revenue allocations based on the allocation rules and methodologies defined by the Pricing team.

    What you get to do in this role:

    • Drive operational rigor and provide insight into key business metrics for business leaders as well as the broader team.

    • Conduct in-depth analysis and build statistical models to identify trends and key drivers that inform decisions across the business.

    • Lead month-end closing activities associated with allocating revenue appropriately across business units

    • Drive initiatives to continuously improve our pipeline reporting and accuracy

    • Maintain databases and develop monthly/quarterly reports

    • Build cross functional relationships and collaborate with other teams like Finance, Sales Ops, Deals Desk, IT etc.

    • On an ongoing basis, identify opportunities for process improvement and lead the execution

    In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting (or equivalent practical experience) required. MBA preferred but not required

    • 10+ years of relevant experience in Pricing, Financial Planning and Analysis or Sales Finance, with 2+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS

    • High degree of ownership and ability to perform with minimal guidance on deliverables

    • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead cross functional projects

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel

    • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy etc.)

    • Intermediate SQL skills required to extract and manipulate data

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • High attention to detail

    Work personas

    Work personas are categories that are assigned to employees depending on the nature of their work. Employees will fall into one of three categories: Remote, Flexible or Required in Office.

    Required in Office

    A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.


    A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.


    A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
