Drive in quarter business plans with supply chain, marketing, sales, and business operations teams to optimize overall revenue opportunity. Collaborate with product line managers to develop the go to market strategy for new products. Develop and maintain optimal product and solution assortment including SKU rationalization and new product introductions into the commercial channel. Gather and build competitive info to drive the most appropriate products, pricing and services. Work with sales to manage an opportunity pipeline to effectively forecast segment performance. Drive digital transformation efforts to improve GoTo-Market processes that will reduce product launch lead times. Manage multiple NPI (new product introduction) Programs that contributes to the long-term business strategy for the company. Improve and standardize business process of CPG product marketing.

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Marketing or related field and 1 year of work experience in job offered or 1 year of experience in a technical product marketing and supply chain - related occupation.
