    The team working on products in Reality Labs (RL) is on a mission to build the next computing platform centered around people. We continue to push the state-of-the-art and groundbreaking research into emerging technologies, software, and hardware that will help bring this vision to life. We are building a team focused on building new products and supporting existing, in-market products that support this ~~~ part of the International Product Marketing (PMM) team, we are seeking an experienced Product Marketing leader to drive and manage RL's portfolio of products across our international footprint. This candidate will spend a majority of their time developing and executing strategies that support RL's product growth internationally, while keeping an eye on overall portfolio performance and incorporating customer feedback to improve our products and services. To be successful, the candidate will bring a combination of strategic vision, strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and international product marketing experience with key focuses in sales, marketing, and post purchase. Specifically, we are looking for a candidate with an understanding of the nuances of operating a CE business across a wide variety of customer types, geographies, and competitive environments. Additionally, the ideal candidate has worked in highly cross-functional, dynamic environments built to move fast with a lot of urgency. Finally, the ability to ruthlessly prioritize, and pivot quickly as needed to manage changing priorities is second nature to this position.

    Required Skills:

    Product Marketing Manager, International - Reality Labs Responsibilities:

    1. Bring a point of view to the team, informing and guiding strategic decisions and tradeoffs related to product growth in international markets

    2. Define prioritization, strategy, roadmap and success metrics across a range of cross-functional business initiatives to achieve product and engagement growth and life-cycle management for a portfolio of hardware and software technologies

    3. Lead growth initiatives through quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback and represent the customers point of view internally with Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Sales and cross-functional teams in the prioritization, design and development of innovative devices and experiences

    4. Partner with multiple Reality Labs HW and SW teams to improve overall PMF in international markets

    5. Lead the definition and development of the business strategy across the organization that is grounded in the consumer journey framework, user insights and market dynamics

    6. Partner with the marketing team on development of marketing programs and strategies that tap into consumer insights

    7. Partner with our Sales team on category analysis, presentation materials and in-store/online creative assets for in-market products

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Minimum Qualifications

    1. 8+ years experience with inbound or outbound product marketing for consumer tech hardware and/or software for hardware products

    2. Combination of strategic product marketing experiences and hands-on tactical execution

    3. Experience with customer research and proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy

    4. Experience working in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment

    5. Experience delivering product launch results with internal and external partners including Production, Brand, Sales and External Communications

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Product Marketing experience in consumer hardware, software products and electronics

    2. Product Marketing experience in consumer electronics, marketing communications, and/or product management

    3. Domain knowledge in AR/VR, wearable devices, mobile devices, and/or hardware/software platforms

    4. Experience with both early-stage products and established products

    5. Experience with end-to-end product lifecycle management

    6. BA/BS degree in marketing, business, product development, or related field

    7. MBA degree

    Public Compensation:

    $158,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
