    The Program Manager - CWP, is responsible for ensuring peak performance of WM's day to day program operations. Managing the MSP in the proper execution and management of staffing suppliers, compliance, and adherence to SOPs/SLAs. This role will drive supplier relationship management and adoption within business users to ensure both suppliers and WM users are leveraging best practices within the program. With the ability to create valued partnerships with the MSP Program Director, key stakeholders, and users of the Contingent Workforce Program. Providing general oversight of program activities and consistent communication of the Contingent Workforce Program's health to the Sr. Manager of Talent Programs to ensure operational excellence in the fulfillment of contingent worker engagements.

    The Program Manager - CWP will:

    Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the contingent labor program and use data to highlight issues and recommend solutions

    Provide data and analysis for all temporary labor reporting

    Assist in identifying and testing Vendor Management System (VMS) technology changes and enhancements to meet requirements and to improve user experience

    Assist with planning and forecasting temporary labor needs

    Develop strong relationships with business users, key stakeholders, and contingent labor suppliers

    Effectively collaborate within a matrixed environment: Digital (Kronos team), Talent Acquisition, HR, Supply Chain, etc.

    Provide support to the Director of Supply Chain in contract changes,

    Ensure contingent labor suppliers' adherence with operational policies, procedures, compliance guidelines, and redesigned program framework

    Monitor suppliers' achievement of performance goals, service levels and metrics according to contractual commitments

    Lead QBR's and supplier performance reviews in collaboration with the MSP Program Director

    Monitor invoicing and spend thresholds to ensure payments are processed effectively, while mitigating over payment issues and the potential for unbilled invoicing

    Serve as the primary point of contact to key WM stakeholders, and escalation for issue resolution

    Requirements

    Four (4) years of relevant experience in business operations, HR, contingent labor and/or recruiting

    Familiar with VMS (VNDLY preferred, Beeline, Fieldglass, Coupa)

    Required: Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (Reporting, Pivot tables, Vlookups, Dashboard creation, etc.)

    Required: General knowledge of category management, and implementing SOPs/SLAs

    Required: Ability to communicate effectively with business operations and drive best practice adoption

    Preferred: Strong reporting and data analytics skills

    Preferred: Work experience in temporary labor and/or recruiting

    Three years previous experience leading teams/partners - not necessarily direct reports

    This role will not have direct reports, but will manage two teams within the CWP at WM

    Previous experience with QBRs, supplier scorecards and KPIs

    Bachelor's degree preferred

    Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, planning, organizational, and project management skills

    Strong stakeholder management skills

    Passion for process improvement

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
