Program Manager

We have an outstanding career opportunity for aProgram Managerto join a leading Company located in theDayton, OHsurrounding area.

US Citizenship is required.

Candidate must possess an Active Top Secret Security Clearance, with the ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI.

Basic Hiring Criteria :

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required

• Minimum 10 Years of related experience

• Managed organizations of up to 75+ FTE

• Experience in running teams made up of multiple (10+) subcontractors

• Experience managing in a Data Center environment

• Understanding of network environments

• Understanding of Windows/RHEL and STIGs

• Understanding of Government IT Security requirements

• On-site experience working with Government customers (SES level)

• Certifications:

• PMP (at the start or within 3 months of start)

• ITIL V4 (within 6 months of start)

• One of Windows, RHEL, and Network technical certifications for 8570/8140 certification

Desired Qualifications :

• Master's Degree or above preferred

• High-Performance Computing experience

• Experience in an Air Force contracting environment
