The Program Manager of Equity and Environmental Justice (EEJ) works with the EEJ Director in managing Eversource's commitment to and support of equity and environmental justice actions and communications across the company's service territory and its business units, consistent with equity guidelines developed by Eversource's Pro-Equity Advisory Team (PEAT). Including Environmental Affairs, Licensing and Permitting, Transmission and other Corporate Relations areas.
Develops and maintains effective external relationships with organizations and individuals (universities, environmental advocates, equity and environmental justice groups) and is a liaison to ensure the priorities and input from key stakeholders are communicated and carefully considered in decision making. equitable relationships with Eversource's customers and key constituents.

Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary.
Work is a combination of office and fieldwork, which can include evenings and/or weekends, particularly for signature and other major events.
Must be willing and available to travel across the Eversource service territory (more than 50% of the time is spent outside of the office)

Eversource Energy offers a competitive total rewards program. The annual salary range for this position is $92,000-$104,000/year, plus incentive. Salary is commensurate with your experience. Please check our career site for an overview of our benefits.
