    General Purpose:

    Provide exceptional Program Management for Strategic Client Account(s) that service Generators in the Healthcare market. The Healthcare market is defined as: Hospitals, Clinics, Physician's and Dental offices, Acute Care, and Clinical Pharmacies. Lead strategic initiatives and closely support National Account Sales to promote strong internal communications, efficient response to customer requests, and ultimately foster the profitable growth for the Strategic Client Account(s).

    Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

    Establish a high-standard market approach for Clean Earth in the healthcare services industry

    Lead a multi-functional team with a high-energy and results driven approach to success

    Develop client relationship by fully understanding their needs and requirements.

    Expand client relationship by proposing solutions to meet client objectives.

    Act as liaison between the nation-wide Operational Teams, VP of Customer Service, and Healthcare Client Relations Manager(s) to solve issues related to servicing the Strategic Client Account(s), at the regional and national level.

    Work closely with National Operations Teams to ensure service execution that exceeds customer expectation

    Facilitate implementation of a phased approach and continued maintenance of the interface (API) between Clean Earth and the Strategic Client Account(s).

    Align data for the Master Healthcare List between customer and Clean Earth finance team.

    Provide support and work in tandem with the Healthcare Client Relations Manager and Account Manager(s).

    Attend meetings and provide input with Strategic Client Account(s) to ensure objectives are met and/or escalated for completion and client satisfaction.

    Develop strong working relationships with key personnel and stakeholders at the Strategic Client Account(s).

    Create and maintain SOPs as needed and collaborate with the training team to develop content for initial and continued training for any Clean Earth team members.

    Anticipate and troubleshoot solutions to program issues that arise from any segment of the program management team (Operations, Client Service and Finance)

    Internally support and monitor Customer Service/Transportation teams to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are met/exceeded.

    Work closely with Customer Service Leadership for collaboration/support with performance objectives and directions for individual contributor level personnel as it relates to the Client.

    Supervision of direct report(s).

    **Basic Required Qualifications: **

    Bachelor's degree coupled with 3+ years of work experience in Project Management or Account Management.

    High level of Customer Service acumen and business acumen.

    Self-directed, with the ability to work on multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.

    High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

    Experience using a CRM system or web-based programs, proprietary online applications; preferably Salesforce.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in details; and strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

    Ability to work in high stress environments, managing several tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    PMP Certification or other project management certifications.

    Bachelor's degree in chemistry, environmental studies or biology.

    5+ or more years of demonstrated success in the Hazardous Waste industry.

    Knowledge of RCRA, DOT, DEA regulatory environment preferred.
