Job Description:

• Lead administration, infrastructure, and efficiency development within JIT Forward Stocking Location(s) (FSL), ensuring streamlined operations and customer satisfaction.

• Direct program operations, including inventory/stocking strategy, to maintain optimal levels supporting contracts.

• Develop workflow strategies to manage inventory flow in alignment with customer requirements and ship dates.

• Manage department staff to deliver high-level customer service and meet objectives.

• Provide managerial support, guidance, and training to ensure compliance with AS9100 requirements and Quality Work Instructions.

• Foster positive relationships with customers and suppliers to enhance market exposure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, distribution, and inventory management, with a preference for supply chain and logistics background.

• Experience in supervisory roles, process management, and knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.

• Ability to provide excellent customer service and real-time problem-solving.

• Clean driving record and ability to pass a physical examination and DOT MVR.

Pay: 29-30 per hr

M-F - 40 hrs per week
