    Shift: Shift 1

    Work Schedule: 8 Hr (8:00:00 AM - 5:00:00 PM)

    Summary:

    This position is responsible for overseeing and executing all activation activities required with opening a new ambulatory practice and expanding new programs at existing ambulatory locations. Ensures projects are executed efficiently, accurately, timely, and within budget. Maintains a collaborative relationship with external stakeholders as well as RUSH's administrative, academic, and clinical leaders. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities:

    Facilitate clinical programming and programming needs for the practice to ensure it aligns with the proformas

    Obtain appropriate sign-off from clinical programs related to: projected cFTE, projected volumes, staff and equipment needs.

    Execute programing change management process

    Procure equipment and supplies

    Facilitate site deliveries

    Ensure equipment is installed, functioning, and tagged by CE/CME

    Assist with hiring, training and onboarding of staff.

    Align and implement clinical and operational workflows

    Ensure template and provider schedule activation

    Update timelines

    Ensure ongoing internal communication with PM's, clinical leaders, internal stakeholders, and external contractors

    Manage operational & clinical activation

    Identify and set up support services for the new practice such as: security, parking, EVS, floor mats, lab services including CLIA, pest control, supplies vendors, utilities, etc.

    Identifies and build relationships with leaders and key individuals including construction and development, Project Management Office, operational and clinical leaders, finance, marketing, strategy, quality, safety

    Provides strategic guidance and input to leadership regarding the development and implementation of programs and initiatives, to ensure the perspectives and impact on our key partners are understood and addressed.

    Serve as an advocate for strategic partnerships internally and externally.

    Establishes consistent, objective program performance standards of accountability, including program evaluation.

    Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Other information:

    Required Job Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree required.

    At least two years of prior project management or clinical operations experience required.

    Proficient in using technology as a management-reporting tool and experience working with information technology staff to develop and implement program evaluation systems.

    Strong project management skills managing complex, multi-faceted projects resulting immeasurable successes and program growth.

    Strong planning and implementation skills, including problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

    Ability to work both independently and as part of multi-functional, multi-organizational teams.

    Experience having worked with a high-performing, collaborative, constructive peer group.

    Demonstrated results in managing through complex systems and proven experience negotiating win-win agreements.

    Experience working with multiple stakeholders who may have conflicting priorities.

    Experience working with diverse teams.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details.

    Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.

    Preferred Job Qualifications:

    Masters' Degree.
