    Summary:

    TheProgram Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the work. TheProgram Manager , ITPM has full authority to act on all matters relating to the daily operation of this contract. TheProgram Manager is the primary interface to the customer and is responsible for all aspects of the development, implementation, operations, and maintenance of assigned projects and is the focal point of contact for Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support for those projects.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Direct and oversee the execution of all activities to provide programmatic, administrative, and technical support for the operation, maintenance, sustainment, accreditation, upgrade, and development of Army Geospatial Center (AGC) Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET)/Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET)/ Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications Systems (JWICS), Defense Research and Engineering Network (DREN) and geospatial systems, assets, data, and infrastructure.

    • Responsible for the overall cost, schedule, and performance management of the contract.

    • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports and oversee the development and delivery of all program deliverables ensuring adherence to timelines, contract requirements, and quality standards.

    • Conduct project status and review meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.

    • Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables.

    • Provide programmatic, technical, and analytical guidance to the project team.

    • Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutioning of problems.

    • Make decisions related to hiring, retaining, terminating, and discipling of all contract personnel.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    Minimum qualifications:

    • BA/BS degree required

    • Master's degree in management or a technology field preferred

    • 10+ years DoD experience

    • DoD 8570 IAT II certified

    • Security+ minimum

    • PMP required

    • ITIL preferred

    • TS/SCI clearance required

    • The position requires a COVID vaccination or an approved accommodation/exemption for a disability/medical condition or religious belief

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Must have an advanced working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook.

    • Experience managing DoD contracts for classified systems.

    • Experience interfacing with government clients and providing day-to-day communications.

    • Experience in team building, time management, conflict resolution, communication, briefing, presentation, strategic thinking, marketing, and literacy in the program management disciplines.
