  • Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting project managers and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

    Duties

    • Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are completed efficiently.

    • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and implementation.

    • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.

    • Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates.

    • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.

    • Assist in the preparation of budgets and cost estimates.

    • Collaborate with the project team to ensure all tasks are completed on time.

    Skills

    • Proficiency in project management techniques.

    • Experience with construction management software.

    • Strong project coordination skills.

    • Ability to create and manage project schedules.

    • Knowledge of blueprint reading.

    • Familiarity with Request for Information and Quotes

    • Understanding of contract management principles.

    • Experience in construction estimating.
