    A large global retailor headquartered in Bentonville, Arkansas is looking for a Project Manager to join the team. He/she will be responsible for monitoring, vetting and processing elevator/escalator initiatives nationwide. They will work with an internal CMM system as well as Service Channel to track ongoing projects. This PM will be working with manufacturers, logistics stakeholders, store management teams, market teams and purchasing groups. They will use negotiating skills to drive down prices and lead times. Clear, concise and timely communication is of the up most importance to this organization.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Experience managing some aspects of project execution such as ensuring all participants are up to speed, timeline is accurate and clear, and that intent is communicated and agreed upon.

    • Able to follow existing processes without deviation

    • Able to manage projects with only implied authority with 3rd party vendors

    • Able to maintain a good attitude in the face of adversity

    • Professional communication skills

    • Experience with determining and producing metrics and KPIs

    • Proven experience being detail oriented and ability to showcase strong follow up skills.

    • Communication experience specifically streamlining information with support and cross-functional business teams to ensure that the created project plans and schedules are completed.

    • Moderate experience with Excel ie. pivot tables, v -look up etc. and PowerPoint - Facilities management experience - supporting equipment side in retail capacity.

    • Experience with inventory

    • SAP experience null
