Responsibilities: Applies experience and subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Provides direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues. Contributions have visible impact on business cost, efficiency, productivity on project budgets less than $1M. Works on complex projects where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of multiple factors. Manages projects affecting two or three functional areas. Coordinates and integrates the work efforts and deliverables of a multi-function project team. Project is normally within a large region or sub-region. Manages projects with sometime aggressive but achievable stakeholder deadlines. Manages internal project delivery: + Medium/ moderately complex/ local or sub region. + Medium/high risk. Manages project financials including business impact: + Meets approved budgets. + Provides reliable financial forecasts to Management. Manages stakeholder relationships: + Manages mid to upper level stakeholders. Manages project team: + Manages resources with team size of up to 20 people. + Is aware of necessary skill development of project team members. + Provides performance review input and development recommendations for team members. Education/Experience: + At least five (5) years of experience in project management role or in like role/business. + Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key services, operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management. + Speaks with expertise to many layers of depth related to project management methods. + Bachelor's Degree.
