    Join our Project Management Team and take charge of every aspect of your assigned projects, from start to finish. Your mission? Reporting to the Vice President of Operations at our Jacksonville office, you'll play a crucial role in delivering top-notch results and keeping our projects running smoothly. Must have previous experience in project management of constructing multi-unit housing: hotels, apartments, condos, mixed-use developments, etc.)* ELECTRICAL experience HIGHLY preferred.     Responsibilities

    • Drive project success by managing all financial aspects, employing ongoing job forecasting to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.

    • Facilitate a smooth handoff from estimating to field operations by overseeing pre-con meetings, ensuring clarity and alignment at every stage.

    • Foster collaborative relationships with GCs to proactively identify and address potential project challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

    • Set clear goals while establishing transparent expectations for foremen, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leveraging negotiation skills and empathy to ensure satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.

    • Estimate and negotiate change orders, adeptly navigating evolving project requirements while maintaining financial integrity.

    • Oversee all aspects of project closeout procedures with meticulous attention to detail.

    • Conduct comprehensive post-project reviews to identify successes and opportunities for growth, driving ongoing enhancements and efficiencies.

    • Provide personalized coaching and counseling to foremen, empowering them to excel in their roles and contribute to the company's success.

    • Cultivate and nurture a robust network of professional relationships within the industry, leveraging these connections to drive collaboration, innovation, and growth.

    • Lead efforts to recruit and develop top-tier talent.
