    Summary (Scope of the Job)

    Medical Project Manager follows direction and coordination of a project derived from the PC. This includes all aspects of the project to include performance, administration, and documentation.

    Key Responsibilities

    Position requirements and responsibilities will include but are not limited to

    • To execute scopes of work, initiate operations/production, file management, remain point of contact, invoice and collect invoiced amounts.

    • Will coordinate with the Project coordinator Regional Business Development, and Regional Vice Presidents of Operations to create synergies within the region.

    • Must communicate with the supervisors and staff to ensure each project is functioning as planned and that the service quality is at the company's highest standard.

    • Monitor and maintain budget and margin profile.

    • Must adhere to company protocol, policies, accounting procedures and reporting requirements.

    • Assist project coordinator in determining necessary steps to begin the production of the job while project team and additional resources are being deployed.

    • Determining when to extend beyond standard protocol to resolve any potential issues or secure potential work.

    • Completion of Change Orders and communication of them to the team.

    • Determining the best way to meet the needs of the client and the adjuster.

    • Conflict resolution and audits with customers / adjusters

    • Monitor and mentor Performance of field staff.

    • A complete working understanding of Time & Materials Billing and estimating.

    • Ability to perform moisture mapping with drying knowledge.

    Background Requirements:

    Education:

    • Associate degree or equivalent work experience

    Experience:

    • 4-8 years of work experience in healthcare or a related field. (In lieu of associate degree)

    • Proficient Time & Material billing

    • Experienced/knowledge with Remediation/Mitigation/Abatement

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    • Able to travel as business needs arise (REQUIRED)

    • Proven communication skills and ability to build relationships.

    • Possesses expert knowledge of the building trades.

    • OSHA 10 certification, preferred.

    • Knowledge of construction quality, health, and safety standards

    • Knowledge of PCRA/ICRA process of working in a healthcare environment

    • Proven organizational and problem-solving skills.

    • Good driving record

    • English /Spanish (preferred).
