NPD Project Manager located near Plymouth, MN for a leading manufacturer of medical products. This role is responsible for the project management of new product development, regulatory submission and commercialization. To be considered - must have at least five (5) years of experience in project management working in a technical discipline, medical device, pharmaceutical industry or engineering environment.

This is a contract opportunity with the opportunity to turn permanent.

Required Qualifications

• BS in technical discipline (i.e. engineering, bio-science)

• Experience in project management or project engineering working in a technical discipline (medical device, pharmaceutical industry, manufacturing, semi-conductor and/or engineering is ideal)

• Project experience in a FDA regulated industry

Preferred

• PMP certification

• Guide core teams through project execution processes to meet strategic objectives

• Ensures consistent and compliant project management practices throughout all phases of the project life cycle

• Prepare project summary reports, develop and maintain project plans, identifies risk and communicates mitigation activities

• Negotiate and resolve conflicts and drive decisions among team
