    A Brief Overview

    The Sales, Product & Innovation team within Group Medicare (Group Retiree Solutions) is a small, driven and dynamic team of experienced professionals with diverse backgrounds, responsible for growth and creation of best-in-class products for our customers. GRS is looking for a strategic project manager who will partner with and support the VP of New Business Sales, Product & Innovation in the development and execution of the business growth strategy across the organization. The ideal candidate will be equal parts project manager and creative solution & accountability driver.

    Position Summary

    As a Project Manager, you will ensure successful planning, development, launch/execution, and performance measurement of high-visibility initiatives supporting Growth Sales, Cross Sell, External Stakeholder Relationship & Event Support and Planning. The role also will include the development and monitoring of rigorous accountability, tracking and reporting via executive communications. These initiatives may include in-person and virtual events, client & broker webinars, client and broker facing physical and virtual environments, cross-functional engagement calendars, and more.

    A successful candidate will play a critical role representing the Sales, Product & Innovation team internally and externally, developing strong relationships with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Account Management, and SMEs to support business goals. In this position, you will lead diverse projects and support the team's top priorities. Your success will be determined by your ability to ensure all aspects of assigned projects are completed on time, on budget, and meet or exceed leader expectations. In addition, this role will monitor outcomes and progress of Executive sponsored growth test & learn efforts.

    Project responsibilities include

    • Owning the project management oversight for delivering on the growth strategy, partnering closely with sales and business partners driving accountability and customer focus

    • Demonstrate customer obsession member focus as priority

    • Manage team's priorities, tracking individual and team performance metrics (growth, team scorecard), including risks and remediation as needed

    • Clearly communicating all aspects of priority projects to teams and stakeholders, including processes, timelines, risks, and challenges

    • Managing project changes and risks via problem analysis, solution validation, issue resolution and escalation, change management, and stakeholder engagement.

    • Project Manager will regularly interact with Executive & senior leadership from all business units within CVS Health, and must:

    • Be clear and candid communicators in both written and verbal communications, including power point messaging and story telling

    • Gain active participation and trust from cross-functional project teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization

    • Advocate for internal and external customers' needs by creating, maintaining, and holding team members accountable to high standards

    • Establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance growth

    • Coaches and supports onboarding of junior colleagues

    • Actively engage in team meetings, including ownership of agenda and next steps, with openness to accept and share new ideas that drive innovation and creativity

    This role is a Hybrid role which means a hybrid Colleague works some of their scheduled workdays each week in an assigned company office location, and some workdays from a designated virtual work location, usually located in the Colleague's home.

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience within fast paced team such as Sales, Marketing or related field

    • 5+ years experience balancing multiple projects with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Cloud based tools such as Teams

    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with proven success working cross functionally across enterprise and team environment

    • Superior organizational, project management, performance metrics reporting, demonstrating a 'how can we' and innovative problem-solving skills

    • Strong relationship building and influencing skills, including oral and written communications

    • Adept at problem solving, decision making skills, collaboration

    • Self-starter with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team

    • Ability to travel up to 10-25%

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Demonstrate background and knowledge of Plan Sponsor needs, Medicare products, services and market landscape

    • Experience in the health care environment, specifically in Growth organizations, Sales, Innovation

    • Group Medicare or Medicare experience

    Education

    Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is

    $63,300.00 - $139,200.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
