Project Manager

Actalent is seeking a Project Manager near the Nashville, TN area! This position is an exciting opportunity to be part of a smaller automotive supplier who has a strong business outlook! This role has a lot of opportunity of potential growth.

Description

• It's a two phase need that they're looking at which means growth opportunity for anyone qualified and interested. They're looking for someone with proven Capital Project Management experience to support a $5m expansion they're undertaking who would then move into an Operations role to support the plant.

• Project Manager - manage capital expansion through leading construction and engineering vendors for facility construction (concrete, electrical, plumbing, etc) and equipment installation (boilers, compressors and presses). Facility construction will start this summer with equipment arriving fall of 2024 through spring of 2025. There are plans to move parts of the current operation around in the facility so working to manage those projects, as well.

• Operations - manage equipment and operations of the Mt. Pleasant plant, post expansion. There will be 11-12 presses running at that point supporting work for BMW in the South Carolina plant and there are additional programs inked to support the production.
