Our client is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their fast-growing, highly congenial workplace. The PM is responsible for developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope. The ideal candidate is efficient, detail-oriented, has construction experience and has experience with projects $35M+. Responsibilities

• Actively participate in preconstruction processes, covering budgeting, scheduling, bids, and presentations.

• Review and provide feedback on Owner Agreements during contract negotiations, liaising with Risk Management and Project Director.

• Collaborate with team members to design, manage, and update project schedules.

• Oversee purchasing activities for individual projects as a key participant or manager.

• Perform day-to-day management of construction budgets.

• Ensure timely and comprehensive processing of Owner billing and subcontractor payment applications.

• Analyze and evaluate Potential Change Orders (PCOs) from subcontractors and vendors.

• Conduct thorough examinations of Contract Documents for completeness, constructability, and compliance.

• Manage all subcontract and purchase order agreements from award to close-out.

• Provide necessary tools and support to field staff for project execution, including budgets, contracts, and subcontractors.

• Respond promptly to queries from design teams and consultants, ensuring closure of all outstanding matters.

• Direct, train, supervise, and manage all Project Engineering functions, including Requests for Information (RFIs) and Submittals.

• Oversee the execution of a timely, precise, and complete close-out process for projects.
