  • Minimum qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

    • 10 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.

    • 3 years of experience in people management.

    Preferred qualifications

    • 15 years of experience in highly regulated industries, especially in medical device, with expertise in product lifecycle management, consumer hardware engineering, operations, and quality management systems development.

    • 10 years of technical experience with the team center suite of applications (e.g., CAD, PDM, PLM, MPP, IMM).

    • Experience measuring and optimizing hardware engineering processes with a focus on cost, quality, on-time performance, sustainability, and other key metrics.

    • Experience leading and collaborating with globally distributed teams, ensuring timely project delivery.

    • Ability to present complex findings clearly to non-technical audiences and drive pragmatic, data-driven decision-making at the executive level.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,000-$243,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     • Manage, lead, and drive high cost, high benefit large-scale software projects from ideation through implementation. Own all aspects of delivery (i.e., planning, communication, execution, estimation, risk management, stakeholder management).

    • Create and maintain the technical implementation plan of record, providing regular written and verbal updates to stakeholders, exectuive leadership cross-functionally.

    • Work with partner organizations to manage technical and business aspects of project(s), partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to drive alignment and prioritization.

    • Define, develop, roll out, and continuously evolve development and release processes and tools, with the mindset of driving operational excellence and the ability to scale.

    • Develop and execute on organizational change management plans and communications.
