Re-Image Construction Manager

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for 2 Re-Image Construction Managers on behalf of one of the worlds leading casual dining restaurant companies. These individuals will report to the Construction Director and will be responsible for remodels of existing restaurants (~100 restaurants in 2025). This position will work closely with the PM, superintendent, and the field to run projects from precon and kickoff through to final punch out. Responsibilities include: developing a bid list for assigned projects, monitoring the construction schedule, performing onsite inspections, ensuring coordination between all parties, and turnover to operations. This role has the ability to grow into Sr. Manager and New Construction Manager positions the team is prioritizing candidates that are interested in a long-term career. Skills and Requirements

-3+ years commercial construction background

-Strong ability to read commercial plans

-Excellent communication skills required to work collaboratively with the superintendent, design team, etc. -Construction experience with restaurants specifically

-Education or certifications in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, etc

-Experience with any of the following technologies for construction documentation and scheduling: Procore, Excel, Smartsheet, Site Audit Pro null
