Recruiter

A reputable company in the construction industry is looking for a Recruiter!

Description

• This recruiter will be doing craft labor recruiting for carpenters, equipment operators, fabrication fielders etc.

• They will be recruiting company wide - 3 areas plus fabrication shop with general superintendent over each

• Meet and talk about hiring needs and upcoming projects, so that person would be communicating regularly about upcoming needs and be well informed

• They will be full cycle recruiting and running with requisitions from opening to onboarding and start dates

• This recruiter will also be going to career fairs and power up events across the state and the Southeast

Qualifications

• 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience

• Experience recruiting in the construction industry

• Experience with ATS
