Columbus office of our client seeks regional head partner with 2+ years of leadership experience. The candidate will motivate, communicate, and collaborate with the regional team and development department. Will lead, manage and hold accountable all partners and associates on the regional team. Meet with clients as needed to generate new business as well as maintain existing client relationships. Achieve yearly and monthly profit goals, including regional lead / top line revenue, existing case management, and closing metrics. Facilitate difficult / sensitive client meetings as needed and teach others the process. Build relationships in the community, network with referral sources, and generate leads outside of corporate marketing production. Conduct presentations to various groups in the community as needed. Ownership of the management and production of all Central West regional offices (3). Travel to regional offices on a weekly basis. Must be licensed in Ohio. Must have 5+ years of legal experience. Should preferably have 2+ years of management experience. Public speaking experience is desired. Customer service experience is preferred. Entrepreneurial Legal Firm Experience (building own book of clients, as opposed to servicing existing firm clients) is plus. Transactional, short-term cycle sales experience are desired. Transactional law experience (elder care, estate planning, corporate, real estate, bankruptcy) plus. Must preferably be licensed outside the state of Ohio (Florida or neighboring states). Existing book of individual clients (estate planning, real estate or family law) desired. Legal drafting experience plus. Practice areas include Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate, Estate Administration, Special Needs Planning, Medicaid Applications, VA Benefits, Nursing Home Navigation, Guardianship and Pet Planning.
