  • HCR ManorCare provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.The Regional Human Resource Manager consults with HCR ManorCare personnel to define need or problem, conducts studies and surveys to obtain data, and analyzes data to advise on or recommend solution, utilizing knowledge of theory and principles of human resource management/labor/employee relations. Provides expert advice and counsel in human resource activities including labor relations.
