    You will manage and coordinate the sale of company products, services and solutions into the General Embedded/Industrial/Medical/Automotive/ADAS/Acoustics market segment in California ensuring target sales achievement and total customer satisfaction.

    • *Responsibilities Include: **

      • Focusing sales efforts on the Tier 1 Suppliers, OEMs and manufacturers in the Industrial and medical industry. Expanding our existing customer base and penetrating new companies and similar market opportunities.
      • Establishing customer relationships and otherwise managing customer sales in this region. This will include managing customer expectations, account development and account management
      • Working as part of a team comprising Application Engineers and Technical Account Managers, analyse customer requirements, deliver product and services to meet customer needs and manage the sales cycle through to revenue recognition.
      • Coordinating all elements of the QNX Software Systems functional departments towards penetrating the Tier 1's and OEMs. This includes assisting in defining strategic marketing initiatives, liaising with R&D to communicate customer technical requirements and ensuring support commitments are fulfilled to deliver customer satisfaction.

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Comprehensive experience in sales or account management
    • Experience in technology product and service sales within the embedded real-time market
    • Experience selling software to Tier 1/OEM companies in General Embedded/Industrial/Medical/Automotive markets
    • Experience in delivering sales solutions to the automotive markets
    • Experience negotiating, managing and closing major accounts
    • Must be comfortable working in all sales media, including delivering presentations to customers and proposal writing.
