Overview

• Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with competitive benefits and wages ranging from $36 - $46 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

• Shift Differential Available on Evenings and Nights

Stonehaven Senior Living is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior residents' physical and emotional well-being for our beautiful and active Assisted Living/Memory Care in Eagan, MN. The team includes a Director of Health Services Nurse and Resident assistants trained to pass medications, as well as activities, culinary, housekeeping staff.

This nursing schedule includes;

• 58 hours per pay period; Day shift

• Every third weekendand holiday rotation

Responsibilities/Job Description

• Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual care plan

• Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies

• Assesses resident goals and revises, modify care plans as needed

• Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

Qualifications

Required:

• Current MN RN license or by start date

• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

Preferred:

• Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems

• Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN

• Good written and verbal communication skills to engage with residents
