Job Summary
Are you passionate about creating innovative dining experiences? Join our team as a Resident District Manager at California State University-Monterey Bay and lead a vibrant, multi-unit dining operation!
In this dynamic role, you will be the key liaison between our team and the university, driving both operational excellence and financial success. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a robust financial background and a proven track record in food service management.

Foster Development: Conduct performance evaluations, succession planning, and maintain a thorough understanding of all operational roles.
Financial Stewardship: Own the financial outcomes, collaborating with leadership on accurate reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
Bachelor's degree and minimum of three (3) years of management experience, preferably in foodservice, hospitality management, plant operations management, environmental services, laundry, or other Support Services area
Is well-versed in all aspects of foodservice management with a proven track record of success
Has proven track record of leading a business and a team, strong customer service, and good business and financial acumen
Demonstrates strong initiative, critical thinking, ownership, communications (listening, written, and verbal), multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization skills
Champions the inclusion mindset, and is proactive, positive, professional, and resilient
Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and POS software
Salary Range: 125,000-140,000
Starting Rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to: location, education, training, and/or experience
Occasional travel required in this position
